Hypnotherapy for Pain Management

People living with pain are at heightened risk of mental health problems. An estimate of 35-45% of people with chronic pain experience depression. Now this doesn't mean you ignore the pain as it should be dealt with seeing a health care professional in that field. 

When using hypnosis for pain management it's about reducing the current level if we put it on a scale of 1-10. This doesn't cure the pain but it will let you help mitigate it. There has been some research that shows the brain can help naturally heal the body. Using this scripting and removing blocks can also be utilized in the hypnosis process. 

When reducing the pain this is a technique that you can use on your own in self hypnosis and something that I teach each client to be able to utilize.
