What does a typical hypnotherapy session feel like?
Hypnotherapy is a deep relaxation there is no special "AHA" moment to look for. You are extremely relaxed sometimes borderline asleep. 
Is hypnotherapy safe? 
Hypnotherapy is safe. While in some instances you might get a headache after or feel tired it's safe with little side effects.
How many sessions do I need?
While hypnotherapy usually achieves faster results it's still a therapy and can take any where from 1 session to multiple depending on the situation. This is why I do a free consultation with each client to come up with a treatment plan to best suite each client.
