I know this firsthand. For years, I was trapped in my own patterns overthinking, numbing pain, and drifting through a life that didn’t feel like mine. 

When I finally faced what was underneath, I discovered the power of the subconscious mind and how deeply it shapes our reality.
That journey inspired me to create the Health to Wealth Movement, a space dedicated to helping people reclaim mental, emotional, and spiritual sovereignty.

Alongside it, I founded Beyond the Armor, a program for men ready to drop the old armor, reconnect with authenticity, and live with strength and purpose.
